Embelia Ribes seed (Bai Bidang) = 2ml
Phyllanthus Emblica fruit (amla) = 1ml
Terminalla Belerica fruit (Behra) = 1ml
Terminalia Chebula fruit (Harad) = 1ml
Boerhaavia diffuse whole plant (punarnava) = 0.5ml
Aloe Barbadensis plup = 0.5ml
Cyperus Scariosus root (Nagarmotha) = 0.2ml
Zingiber Officinalia root (adrak) = 0.2ml
Cuminum Cyminum seed (zeera) = 0.5ml
Linum Usitatissimum seed (Alsi) = 0.5ml
Eclipta alba whole plant (Bhringraj) = 0.5ml

How to Consume 

• Shake Well Before Use
• Add 30 ml to 30-40 ml water.
• Add honey/salt/sugar as per your taste.
