An Ayurvedic Classical Formulation Ref. : Ayurved Sar Sangrah

This fortified Ghee is made using traditionally recognized ayurvedic method under the spell of vedic chants.

(1) Decoction (KWATH) is prepared using dried Ashwagandha roots & is traditionally filtered using fine muslin cloth.

(2) Fine Paste (KALKA) is separately made using Ashwagandha roots.

(3) COW GHEE and additional COW MILK are mixed with Kwath and Kalka and processed in stainless steel Vessel (Kadhai) over low flame with continuous stirring to make ASHWAGANDHA GHEE.

Composition/ Proportion of Ingredients used :

One (1) part Cow Ghee, Four (4) Parts Cow Milk, Four (4) Parts Ashwagandha

Kwath (*after processing) One (1) part Ashwagandha Fine Paste (Kalka)

Usage : 1-2 tbs per day. Can be consumed straight or with warm water, by spreading over toasts or rotis, adding in warm grains or warm milk, can also be used while routine cooking.
